Gulf Gulflex OG 65 (180KG) is a high performance Open Gear grease formulated with high quality base oil, thickened with aluminium complex soap and solid additives. It is used for large open gear drives operating under heavy loads and varying circumferential speeds. It ensures high operational reliability of gear drives under severe conditions. Due to excellent lubricating film stability, it minimizes grease consumption.

Outstanding extreme pressure properties enable heavy load carrying capabilities which extend component life under cyclic and shock-load conditions. Excellent mechanical stability and adhesive film forming ability even at high temperatures and in the presence of water, minimizes grease consumption and thus is very cost-effective. Excellent corrosion protection and resistance to water washout resulting in improved component protection and equipment life. Good adhesive property ensures that the grease stays in place for longer re-lubrication intervals. Can be applied by all common spray lubrication systems. Gulflex OG 65 is free from all heavy metals, solvents and chlorine.
 
Application
Gulflex OG 65 is used in large gear drives of rotary kilns, tube mills, cement ball mills, dryers, crushers. It is used in large industrial gears, oven chains, sliding surfaces and large slow-moving bearings.
